The Nieuwe Ridderstraat in Amsterdam for some known for it’s former, around the corner homeless centre, and for it’s drug addicts hanging around

Buro Amsterdam sees the potential and makes a bold move to invest in this dilapidated factory building

Turning this transformation of a factory building to a regeneration for the whole surrounding neighborhood
